Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. Therefore, you can always return or exchange your product within 7 days after delivery, if it does not meet your requirements or has some defect.
Please feel free to contact us at any time within 7 days of receiving your order. After inspection and verification, we will try our best to resolve your issue in the best possible manner.
There are some conditions for a full or partial refund.
You can get a full refund (exclusive of shipping charges) on the following conditions:
- If you receive a damaged pair.
- If you order is lost in transit.
- If your received order is not what you asked for.
Partial refunds are available only for the frames, and not the lens and shipping costs. Any costs incurred for the lens and shipping or in lieu of any discount will be deducted from the refund. Partial refunds can be attained for the following conditions:
- You have received your order but have had a change of mind.
- You think the frame does not look good on your face.
- Your prescription is imperfect based on either your ophthalmologist’s or your error.
Please note that you will have to incur the shipping charges when returning the product.
You can exchange your eyeglasses on some conditions but shipping charges will be paid by you. Any product can be exchanged after paying the difference of money.
